Get to know the photographer
Hi! I'm Jessica. I’m a North Texas photographer, artist at heart, and someone who has always found herself drawn to creating. Before photography became my full-time career, my background was in art and art education, and I think that part of me still finds its way into everything I photograph.
I’m constantly inspired by light, color, movement, and all the little details that can make an ordinary moment feel beautiful. But more than anything, I’m inspired by people and the connections between them. The way someone reaches for the person they love, the laughter that happens when you forget there’s a camera around, or those quiet moments that might not seem important until you look back years later.
For me, photography is a way of turning those moments into something you can keep.
My Approach
I never expect you to show up knowing exactly what to do in front of the camera. I’ll guide you when you need it, help with the little details, and give you direction that still leaves room for you to be yourselves.
My approach is a balance of intentional and unplanned. I love creating beautiful portraits and paying attention to light, composition, movement, and all the little details, but I also know some of the best photographs happen when I simply step back and let a moment unfold.
Whether I’m documenting your wedding day or a season of your life, I want the experience to feel comfortable, easy, and genuinely fun. At the end of it all, your gallery should feel warm, dreamy, genuine, and true to you, filled with both the photographs we created together and the moments you didn’t even realize I captured.
